Bolt Up Mining Pty Ltd is hiring experienced Underground Coal Operators for Development and Outbye roles to support major coal mining operations in NSW. You will join a safety-focused team and contribute to efficient underground development activities.

Candidates should have demonstrated underground coal mining experience, relevant tickets, and a strong safety mindset to thrive in dynamic rosters and site environments.

• Support Development and Outbye activities on underground coal operations.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking experienced Underground Coal Operators for both Development and Outbye roles to support our clients' operations.

About the Role:

You will be working on major underground coal mining operations, supporting Development and Outbye activities as part of a high-performing, safety-focused team.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Demonstrated underground coal mining experience
• Relevant training certificates and transcripts
• A strong commitment to safety and risk management
• Excellent work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Current Order 45 Medical (preferred)
• Current CABA (preferred)

Required experience and competencies:

• SMV/LHD Ticket
• QDS/Hand Bolter Tickets
• Continuous Miner, Shuttle Car and CM Bolter experience
• Strong knowledge of underground development mining processes
• Herringbone mining experience (desirable)

Required experience and competencies:

• SMV/LHD Ticket
• QDS/Hand Bolter Tickets
• Conveyor maintenance experience
• Experience with mine compliance activities, including stone dusting and QDS bolting
