Wilson Mining in Queensland is seeking a seasoned Coordinator to lead delivery of specialist services across our QLD Projects on a 7/7 roster. You will supervise small teams, coordinate underground operations, manage budgets and report to stakeholders while maintaining safety and quality standards.

We value hands-on leaders who can roll up their sleeves, build strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement in demanding underground environments.

Qualifications

• Strong underground coal experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, leading from the front, with small teams.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing a workforce and reporting to stakeholders.
• Advocate for continuous improvement and high work standards.
• Hands-on coordinator who organises tasks with underground Supervisors and leads crews.
• Strong client relationship management and safety leadership under ground.
