Job summary

REDPATH MINING is hiring Charge Up Operators for underground teams in the Norseman region. Successful candidates will carry out Charge Up operations, handle explosives, and maintain safety documentation in line with procedures. Applicants should have previous blasting experience, a valid WA Shotfirer's Licence, and strong communication skills. The role involves working independently and within a crew to support safe blasting activities. A safety mindset aligned with Redpath's values is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground Charge Up and blasting operations is crucial.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a WA Shotfirer’s Licence.
• Proficient in maintaining safety documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Charge Up operations per site procedures.
• Handle and transport explosives safely.
• Conduct pre-start checks and workplace inspections.
