Job summary

Cummins offers a 13-month full-time undergraduate internship at the Wetherill Park office for Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering students. You will support the Power Generation Engineering Team, analyse installations, and help prepare tender submissions while working on CAD drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Have 1–8 units left to complete as of January 2027.
Available for 13 months full-time and able to defer studies for that duration.

Responsibilities

Assist Power Generation Application Engineers on projects and provide product engineering support.
Analyse proposed installations against Cummins PG product manuals and standards.
Assist in tender submissions and project engineering documentation.
Support Engineers and Product Management with new product releases and compliance reviews.
Respond to technical queries from internal/external customers and perform CAD tasks as needed.
