Job summary

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join the Imaging Services team. This full-time role features a day shift (7AM - 4:30PM) with on-call duties and a starting wage of $35.50 per hour, aligned with experience.

You will perform comprehensive ultrasound exams and assist radiologists as needed in a collaborative environment. Requirements include a two-year Ultrasound program, ARDMS (OB/GYN or Abdomen) and BLS CPR, plus Radiologic Technologist license.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year Ultrasound Program.
• 5+ years of Ultrasound experience preferred.
• ARDMS Certification in OB/GYN or Abdomen; RVT preferred.
• BLS CPR Certification.
• Radiologic Technologist License.

Responsibilities

• Perform Ultrasound examinations independently and competently (General, Abdomen, OB/GYN, Vascular, Pediatrics, Procedures, MSK, etc.).
• Assist Interventional Radiologist with procedures as needed.
• Accurate charting in the Epic EMR and Sectra PACS.
• Keep certifications and continuing education up to date.
• Good communication and patient care skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Employment Status:

Full-time

Hours per two-week pay-period:

72 hours

Shift:

Day shift (7AM - 4:30PM, 4 days per week); on-call duties including Holiday call rotation

Compensation:

$35.50 Per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
