Job summary

SKILL'D People is seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager for our Fed Gov client in Australia. The role coordinates UAT across state and territory teams, develops strategies and schedules, and ensures alignment of testing objectives and readiness for implementation.

You will lead governance activities, manage data validation and migration aspects, and drive stakeholder engagement in a multi-agency environment under a Hybrid working model in ACT/NSW/VIC/QLD/SA.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading UAT activities in large programs.
• 5+ years coordinating outcomes across multiple organisations/government agencies.
• Experience developing and managing UAT plans, schedules and governance artefacts.
• Experience coordinating data migration validation and data quality activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT across state and territory program and partner teams.
• Develop and maintain UAT strategies, plans, schedules, and artefacts.
• Act as central coordination point for jurisdictions, ensuring alignment of testing objectives and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, testing workshops, and governance activities.
• Monitor and report testing progress, risks, issues, defects, and readiness.
• Coordinate UAT data requirements and environment readiness.
• Oversee data migration validation, matching and reconciliation activities.
• Manage resolution of data discrepancies and business validation issues.
• Support review, endorsement and sign-off of testing and data outcomes.
• Support implementation planning and operational readiness across agencies.
