Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking an experienced UAT Test Manager to lead user acceptance testing across complex business processes and multi-system integrations.

You will design test cases, manage traceability to requirements, coordinate with product, engineering and stakeholders, and report status on strict timelines. Familiarity with CCaaS, IVR, and CX testing will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, validation, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficient in testcase design, traceability to business requirements, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication—able to align business, product, and engineering.
• Ability to plan and run structured UAT cycles under tight timelines, with clear status reporting.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps Work Items and Boards
• Familiarity with test automation strategies for CX and performance/volume testing for calls.
• Experience with contact center platforms (CCaaS) and Copilot ServiceWorkspace (CSW) and telephony concepts (IVR).
• Nice to have: insurance domain experience.
