Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Test Coordinator/Senior Test Analyst to lead testing efforts on large transformation programs in Australia. The role requires strong MS-based testing skills, expertise with Azure DevOps and Playwright, and coordinating UAT with business teams.

You will manage post-sprint validation, vendor outputs, and release testing cycles, while ensuring alignment to standards and governance across functional, integration and regression testing

Qualifications

• Must have deep experience as Test Coordinator, Senior Test Analyst or Test Lead on large transformation programs.
• Strong background testing Microsoft-based solutions (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure).
• Proficient with Azure DevOps, Playwright and test automation practices.
• Experience in vendor-led delivery with client-side validation responsibilities.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate UAT with business teams.
• Excellent communication and meticulous testing discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for all testing-related matters.
• Manage PTA post-sprint testing and validate sprint outcomes.
• Provide independent validation of vendor-delivered outputs, including test scripts.
• Coordinate release testing approximately every 3 sprints.
• Support and coordinate manual testing with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment to requirements.
• Lead and manage UAT activities, including early preview and full UAT cycles.
• Support data migration testing and validation with functional checks on migrated data.
• Manage defect triage, tracking and resolution coordination.
• Develop and execute test cases across functional, integration and regression cycles.
• Ensure alignment with IMOS standards and project governance.
