Job summary

Alchemy Partners is an Australian-owned boutique consultancy partnering with clients to improve performance through collaboration. We are seeking an experienced Test Coordinator / Business Analyst to support a national Federal Government technology program with multiple jurisdictions.

The role focuses on coordinating UAT, supporting business users, and ensuring issues and decisions are captured and progressed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Test Coordinator or UAT Coordinator.
• Experience coordinating UAT or business acceptance testing activities.
• Strong business analysis skills and ability to interpret requirements.
• Good technical aptitude with ability to discuss with technology teams.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Calm, collaborative approach with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate UAT activities including planning, scheduling and issue management.
• Provide hands-on support to business users during testing.
• Capture testing outcomes, defects, actions and decisions.
• Translate technical discussions into actionable information for stakeholders.
• Prepare UAT materials, schedules and progress reporting.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, testing and outcomes.
• Escalate delivery risks and issues promptly.
• Support business readiness and national rollout activities.
