Job summary

Tyres and More Warana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to deliver knowledge-based, friendly service for tyre repairs, maintenance and replacements. You will support daily store operations, bookings, quotes, invoicing and payments, while ensuring KPIs are met.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales, retail or customer service within tyre/auto sectors, with strong communication and computer skills for bookings and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, retail or customer service.
• Tyre/automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems for bookings, quotes and invoices.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying tyre and wheel needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide friendly, professional service in person and over the phone.
• Prepare quotes, generate invoices and process payments accurately.
• Organise and book customer appointments as required.
• Assist with stock ordering, stock control and general store processes.
• Perform tyre fitting duties when required including repairs, wheel balancing and alignments.
• Complete day-end procedures accurately and maintain customer records.
