Job summary

Price & Speed Containers is seeking a Business Development Manager for the tyre recycling sector. You will source end-of-life tyres, build a supply network, and travel across the Greater Sydney region.

You'll generate leads, manage supplier relationships, and report weekly on activity while meeting KPIs and targets. A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions supports a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience in the Tyre industry is required.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Greater Sydney region.
• Ability to report weekly on activity and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Source end-of-life TBR and PCR tyres from tyre retailers, mechanics, fleet operators, councils, transport businesses, and any other viable sources.
• Generate your own leads and build a pipeline of supply partners.
• Manage and grow ongoing supplier relationships.
• Report weekly on activity — who you've visited, what's in the pipeline.
• Work to clear KPIs and commercial targets.
• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams.
