Job summary

Otraco International is seeking an experienced tyre training professional to elevate the capabilities of Supervisors and Leading Hands across WA mine sites. You will design and deliver comprehensive training frameworks, align technical and safety requirements, and standardise practices across multiple sites to drive consistent outcomes.

You will lead the creation of learning pathways, assessments and onboarding materials while coaching field teams.

Qualifications

Experience in training development, delivery and assessment within mining, automotive, mechanical or heavy industry environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver a comprehensive training framework for Supervisors and Leading Hands, including curriculum, resources, assessments and onboarding programs.
Build technical, operational, leadership and compliance capability aligned with Otraco, client and statutory requirements.
Standardise supervisory practices and training outcomes across all Otraco sites.
Maintain current training materials, competency records and development pathways through ongoing review and stakeholder collaboration.
Promote safe work practices and ensure safety, risk management, emergency response and critical controls are embedded in training.
Provide coaching, mentoring and field-based support to reinforce procedural compliance and leadership effectiveness.
Collaborate with operational and client stakeholders, communicate updates effectively and provide feedback on workforce capability and development needs.
