You will oversee food, beverage, gaming and accommodation and drive promotions and events to grow the business, with current NSW RSA/RCG; licensee qualifications are valued.

Qualifications

• You have hands-on senior pub operations experience.
• You understand people leadership, P&L and venue performance.
• You bring knowledge of food, beverage and gaming operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across multiple sites.
• Drive revenue, profitability and overall venue performance.
• Oversee food, beverage, gaming and accommodation operations.
• Manage labour, COGS, compliance and operating standards.
• Drive promotions, events and opportunities for growth.
