Job summary

Visy Group in Heathwood, QLD, is seeking experienced Twin-Tyne Forklift Drivers for casual and ongoing opportunities. The role focuses on safe movement of materials, supporting busy plastics manufacturing lines, and maintaining high safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a current LF forklift licence, have Twin-Tyne forklift experience, and possess a strong safety mindset with reliable attendance and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

About the Role

As a Twin-Tyne Forklift Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout our busy plastics manufacturing operation. Working closely with production teams, you'll help ensure continuous production flow while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating Twin-Tyne forklifts safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading finished products and raw materials
• Supplying production lines to maintain operational efficiency
• Transporting stock to designated storage locations
• Conducting pre-start equipment inspections
• Maintaining accurate inventory movements and stock control
• Following all safety, environmental and quality procedures

Roster Information

• Afternoon Shift - 11.00am to 7.00pm
• Overtime Available
• Ongoing casual opportunities with the potential for longer-term employment.

What We’re Looking For

• Current LF Forklift Licence
• Demonstrated experience operating Twin-Tyne forklifts
• Experience within manufacturing, plastics, FMCG or production environments
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable work ethic and strong attendance record
• Good communication skills and a positive team attitude
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a production team
