Job summary

BrightMindz is seeking a proactive Learning Centre Manager / Course Coordinator to lead our Western and Northern Suburbs centre. This onsite role combines team management, parent engagement, and operations coordination to ensure a high‑quality learning experience for students and families.

You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, supervise tutors, coordinate schedules, and maintain a positive, high‑performing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years management or leadership experience.
• Must hold Working with Children Check and Police Check.
• Experience in education, tutoring, or customer-facing roles (preferred).

Working Hours
