Job summary

Math Minds is seeking a Centre Coordinator for our Brighton location. This part-time role (about 24 hours/week) involves leading a small coaching team, overseeing daily centre operations, and maintaining strong communication with families.

Initially split across Brighton and nearby centres with eventual focus on Brighton as enrolments grow. You will work with students from Grades 3–10, building their skills and confidence while leveraging our digital tools and curriculum.

Qualifications

• Must have completed Year 12 Maths and be able to teach up to Year 10.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred (about 1 year).
• Willingness to obtain Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Coach students from Grades 3–10 to sharpen skills and confidence.
• Lead the centre on shift and develop a team of 10–15 coaches.
• Welcome new families and keep parents updated on progress.
