Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a Turbine Blader at our Maitland Service Centre to support repair and overhaul of steam and gas turbines. You will inspect, de-blade and re-blade rotors, disassemble equipment and align components with QA standards.

You will work with fitters, machinists and engineers on outages for power generation and heavy industry customers, ensuring safe, precise assembly and rotor balancing. Trade qualifications and turbine maintenance experience are essential; the role offers competitive

Trade qualification and turbine-specific training are required.
Hands-on experience with steam/gas turbine maintenance is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and safety focus are essential.

Responsibilities

Inspect, repair, de-blade and re-blade turbine rotors and casings.
Disassemble mechanical equipment with precision and QA compliance.
Install blades and assist rotor balancing (static & dynamic).
Work on outages and overhaul projects for power generation customers.
Collaborate with fitters, machinists, welders and engineers to deliver complete overhauls.
