Job summary

Workhorse Staffing in Redbank, QLD, is seeking an experienced Tug Driver to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation. You will move trailers and equipment safely and efficiently across the site in a large-scale production environment.

The role requires operating tug vehicles, loading/unloading trailers, and coordinating with production, warehouse and dispatch teams. Immediate start available in a stable, long-term role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current HC or MC Licence is required.
• Experience operating tug/yard truck or heavy vehicle preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate yard tug vehicles to move trailers safely throughout the site.

• Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Coordinate movements with production, warehouse and dispatch teams.
