Job summary

FinXL IT Professional Services in Canberra is seeking a TSPV-cleared Infrastructure Engineer to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Government client on a 12+ months contract. You will deliver end-to-end technical support across physical, virtual, and cloud environments, and apply Linux hardening and automation to maintain secure infrastructure.

The role requires onsite presence five days per week in Canberra, with active TSPV clearance and experience across government-grade

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in hardware/software deployment and decommissioning.
• Strong Linux administration and system hardening.
• Experience with configuration management frameworks and infrastructure automation.
• Experience in Linux administration and system hardening.
• Ability to model, prototype, and document system components following established architecture patterns.
• Competency in creating scripts to automate setup, testing, and deployment workflows.
• 12+ months contract with a Government client.
• Onsite in Canberra, five days a week.
• Active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) clearance required.
