Job summary

HyNash Group in Bathurst, NSW seeks reliable truck drivers for 3 full-time roles on civil and quarry contracts. Overtime is regular, with average 50 hours per week. Candidates should have HC or higher licenses, a clean driving history, and construction site experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Rigid, Semi-Tipper, Truck & Dog and B-Double vehicles.
• Self-load tipper with excavator or wheel loader when required.
• Secure loads and perform daily truck checks.
• Complete paperwork and daily logs accurately.
• Occasional travel to surrounding areas as needed.

Truck Drivers Required - Permanent Fulltime Roles

HyNash Group is a family-owned company with core capability in civil construction, demolition, asbestos removal, and heavy haulage based in Bathurst, NSW.

With a modern fleet of Caterpillar Earthmoving equipment and Kenworth Tippers and Flat-Tops which support all ongoing projects and external customers across the central west.

Available Roles = 3 fulltime positions (with regular overtime - Average 50hours per week)

We are seeking reliable and motivated people who are experiencedRigid, Semi Tipper, Truck & Dog and B Double drivers to join our team based in Bathurst NSW. An immediate start is available for ongoing civil and quarry contracts located across Central West NSW.

About You

You will have a positive attitude, a strong sense of teamwork, good work ethic, have relevant experience and can demonstrate the following skills:

A commitment to safety.

Must have road ranger experience.

Semi Tipper operations in the construction industry preferred.

Ability to follow directions and complete paperwork daily.

Ability to self-load tipper with Excavator and Wheel Loader preferred.

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to complete basic maintenance tasks and conduct daily checks of trucks and machinery is expected.

Semi Flat-top operation and experience loading a variety of materials.

Ability to self-load flat-top with Forklift and safely secure load.

Experience in moving machinery on float trailer also preferred.

To be successful:

Current HC Driver's License or higher preferred.

Driving history free for major at fault incidents.

Current VOCs (Verification of competency) preferred.

Construction White Card is mandatory.

Able to complete and submit paperwork daily.

Personal appearance to be clean and professional.

Previous experience working on civil construction sites.

Remuneration is above award rate and will be negotiated depending on experience and demonstrated competency.

Hynash Group is based predominately in Bathurst but travel to surrounding areas may be required. Applicants must be willing to travel periodically.
