Job summary

State Wide Sheds in Dubbo is seeking a reliable Truck Driver / Truck Loader / Yard Hand to join our busy fabrication shed manufacturing team.

This hands-on role involves loading, transporting and unloading shed materials, assisting with stock control, operating forklifts and maintaining a safe, tidy yard.

If you hold a heavy vehicle license HC and a forklift licence and can work independently or as part of a team, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• HC drivers licence required.
• Forklift licence required.
• Experience in transport, construction, steel, or manufacturing industries.
• Physically fit with ability to perform manual handling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading steel and shed components safely and efficiently.
• Delivering fabricated shed materials to customer sites and construction projects.
• Assisting with stock control and yard organisation.
• Operating forklifts and loading equipment.
• Picking and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard.
• Assisting manufacturing and installation teams as required.
• Conducting vehicle pre-start checks and basic maintenance.
