Job summary

ShoreWorX Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced Truck Drivers / Yardmen to join our Chevallum Sunshine Coast Depot. You will be responsible for delivering and collecting equipment to job sites, loading and unloading with crane trucks and forklifts, and maintaining vehicle and yard safety and organization.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, the ability to work unsupervised, and strong customer service on-site and at the depot.

Qualifications

• Crane truck experience required or highly desirable.
• Forklift ticket is essential.
• HR truck licence preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
• Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment to and from customers' job sites.
• Load and unload equipment using crane trucks and forklifts
• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain trucks in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition
• Carry out general yardman duties, including stock control, housekeeping and equipment organisation
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation and paperwork
• Maintain compliance with WHS and environmental procedures
• Provide professional customer service on-site and at the depot

ShoreWorX is an Australian owned business that specialises in the hire of Aluminium Trench Shoring and associated safety products to the Civil Construction Industry throughout New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Queensland.

We are seeking two experienced Truck Drivers / Yardman to join our team based in our Chevallum Sunshine Coast Depot.

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated HR / MR Truck Driver. This is a full-time position with overtime available.

Role

• Timely and efficient delivery and collection of equipment to and from customers' job sites

• Load and unload equipment using crane trucks and forklifts

• Complete vehicle inspections and maintain trucks in a clean, safe and roadworthy condition

• Carry out general yardman duties, including stock control, housekeeping and equipment organisation

• Ensure accurate completion of delivery documentation and paperwork

• Maintain compliance with WHS and environmental procedures

To be successful in this role you must have

• Self Loading Crane ticket preferred but not essential

• Experience in crane trucks

• An eye for detail and a "Can Do" attitude

• Accuracy with paperwork

• Ability to work unsupervised with excellent organisational skills

• Honest and reliable

• HR truck licence preferred but not essential

• Forklift ticket essential

• Ability to work well as part of a team
