Reece Group is seeking a Truck Driver in Sydney to support the Viadux division. You will help engineers, project managers and tradespeople access products, while performing warehousing tasks to keep the branch running smoothly.

A typical day includes loading/unloading, order processing, stock checks and cycle counts, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and customer service. A valid forklift and driver's licence are essential.

Qualificações

• Wide experience in warehousing, retail or customer service is valued.
• Ability to assist customers in person and over the phone when needed.
• Comfort with using computers and learning new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Safe loading and unloading of supplier and Reece vehicles; heavy lifting required.
• Use computer systems for order processing and stock administration.
• Receipt, verification and location of goods within the branch.
• Organise allocations of customer goods and conduct stocktakes.
• Maintain branch housekeeping and support safety and EH&S practices.
• Report safety issues promptly to prevent workplace harm.

About the role

As part of the Warehouse team in Sydney, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

• Safe loading and unloading of supplier and Reece vehicles (heavy lifting will be required)
• Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration
• Accurate receipting, checking and locating of goods into the Branch.
• Organising allocations of customer goods
• Frequent cycle counts, stocktakes and auditing
• Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
  Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member
• Embracing Health Safety & Environment (HSE) activities on site and ensure procedures are followed and maintained
• Timely reporting and recording of safety issues and incidents to eliminate harm in the workplace

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in warehousing, retail or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Can use a computer and is happy to learn new systems
• Has a clean, valid driver’s licence and forklift licence
• Genuine commitment to learning and professional development
