Viadux is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Truck Driver for the Yarrawonga branch. You will support engineers and tradespeople by ensuring smooth access to products and handling daily warehousing tasks.

The role involves loading/unloading, order processing, stock management, and delivering to customers with MR/HR vehicles. Forklift operations and a commitment to safety and learning are essential.

About the role

As part of the Warehouse team in Darwin, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain essential services, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day will involve:

• Safe loading and unloading vehicles (heavy lifting will be required)
• Using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration
• Accurate receipting, checking and locating of goods into the Branch.
• Organising allocations of customer goods
• Making deliveries to customers using the company Medium Rigid and Heavy Rigid truck
• Maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the branch
• Embracing the Reece values, policies and procedures and being a supportive team member

We’d love to hear from you if you’re someone who:

• Has previous experience in warehousing, customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems
• Has a valid MR or HR driver’s licence and forklift licence
• Genuine commitment to learning and professional development
