Job summary

Reece Group is seeking a Truck Driver / Trade Counter Assistant for our Fire division in South Penrith. You will deliver parts and products to customers and assist engineers and tradespeople, helping the branch run smoothly.

You will also manage stock, pick/pack orders, keep the shop floor tidy, and provide product information. A Medium Rigid licence is required; forklift is a plus. This role supports ongoing career growth within our network.

Qualifications

• Has previous experience in delivery driving or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone.
• Can pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure information provided is accurate.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learn new systems.
• Has a clean, valid truck licence - Medium Rigid or above. Valid Forklift licence is ideal but not essential
• Wants to develop their career - either locally, within our network or head office

About the role

As part of the Trade Counter team in South Penrith, you’ll help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to maintain fire safety protection, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

• Delivering parts and products to customers using a company trucks
• Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
• Helping keep the branch and warehouse tidy and safe
• Providing customer service and information about products
