Stellar Recruitment is seeking reliable Truck Drivers for a busy Loadout team at our processing facility in Grantham. You will operate trucks and combi-lifts to source, inspect, position, and transport containers while upholding food safety and security standards.

The role is full-time with day and afternoon shifts, offering starting rates from $32.94 per hour and potential pay progression based on skills and performance. A supportive team environment and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a Current Truck Driver's Licence.
• Requires current Forklift and/or Combi-Lift competency/sign-off.
• Experience operating trucks, forklifts or container-handling equipment.
• Strong safety focus and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and combi-lifts safely around the site.
• Complete pre-start inspections and safety checks.
• Source and transport containers according to load schedules.
• Conduct 7-point container inspections and report damage.
• Photograph containers and record inspection information.

  About You

  • Current Truck Driver's Licence

  • Truck Driver - Loadout: $32.94/hr

  Afternoon Shift

  • Truck Driver - Loadout: $34.42/hr inclusive of 15% loading

  Weekend penalties are incorporated into the applicable rates where relevant.
