Job summary

Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced professional driver to operate a Truck and Dog vehicle at our St Peters Quarry. You will be responsible for loading and delivering quarry materials to customer sites throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area.

The role requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday. Your day will involve delivering quarry materials with compliance to axle weights, conducting daily vehicle checks, completing basic delivery paperwork, and coordinating with

Qualifications

• Must hold a Current HC licence.
• Experience driving heavy combination (HC) trucks.
• OH&S induction for construction industry (White Card).
• Knowledge of transport regulations and axle weights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarry materials to customer sites around Sydney.
• Load and unload materials and ensure axle weight tolerance compliance.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and report maintenance.
• Complete basic delivery documentation and communicate with staff.

Job description

Boral is seeking a responsible, organised and experienced professional driver to operate a Truck and Dog vehicle at our St Peters Quarry. As a Boral Driver, you will be responsible for loading and delivering quarry materials to customer sites throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. The nature of this role requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday.

Your day will involve:

• Delivery of quarry materials which includes responsibility for compliance with axle weights tolerances and using smart track system to capture data
• Conducting daily checks on the vehicle and reporting maintenance as required
• Completing basic documentation associated with the collection and delivery of materials
• Communicating effectively with production and allocation staff regarding customer and project experiences

What are we looking for?

• Current HC licence
• Proven experience driving heavy combination (HC) trucks
• OH&S induction for construction industry (White Card)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant transport laws and regulations
