Job summary

Trenery, a Country Road Group label, seeks a Concession Manager in a David Jones environment to inspire, lead and coach a high-performing team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences, optimize profitability and maintain a safe, high-functioning workplace across concession operations.

You will coach, manage stock and roster planning, develop talent, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver sustainable store performance.

As a Trenery Concession Manager, you will inspire, lead, and coach a high-performing team within a David Jones concession environment to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimise profitability, and maintain a safe, high functioning workplace.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract, engage and retain talent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of your store and the Group
• Actively maintain a safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as concession management to drive store performance
• Role model Country Road Group (CRG) cultural attributes, to create and consistently build a team experience that encourages learning, ownership and shared success
