Job summary

Country Road Group seeks a Concession Manager for Mimco concessions at David Jones to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive profitable concessions, coach staff, and uphold safety and wellbeing across the sales floor.

You will manage stock, scheduling, and stakeholder relationships while embodying CRG’s culture and strategic goals. This role offers a dynamic retail leadership path and generous staff benefits.

How You Will Contribute

• Coach and provide regular feedback to your team on understanding our products and how to be customer led for the purpose of delivering an exceptional store experience
• Lead the team to deliver store operational excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities
• Attract,engageandretaintalent, building team capability and strong succession planning for the success of yourconcessionstore and the Group
• Activelymaintaina safe place to work for team members and everyone who visits our store with a focus on promoting wellbeing
• Understand the brand and business strategy and communicate to the team their part to play
