Job summary

Aspect Tree Management seeks Tree Workers & Arborists for our Geelong depot on a full-time basis, with fortnightly RDOs. Join a leading arboriculture team delivering council and utility contracts and benefiting from a supportive culture and ongoing training.

You will perform EWP operation, pruning, removals, and roadside vegetation work across urban and rural sites, with opportunities for career growth and leadership development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with EWP operation and line clearance pruning is preferred.
• Willingness to obtain required tickets and qualifications.
• Commitment to safety and quality arboriculture work.

Responsibilities

• EWP operation for street tree pruning under electrical line clearance regulations.
• Responsive tree work for council clients after hours or during storm events.
• Tree pruning and removals in parks and reserves to keep trees safe and enjoyable.
• Roadside vegetation management in rural areas to improve road safety.

Favourable Qualifications (not essential for the right applicants, we also start trainees):

• Prior experience with electrical line clearance pruning

• Cert II in ESI (or willingness to obtain)

• MR Truck Licence

• EWP High Risk Work Licence (over 11m)

• White Card

• Cert III in Arboriculture
