Treescape Australasia in Rockhampton is expanding its utilities vegetation management crews to support overhead electricity distribution networks. We are seeking motivated, safety-focused personnel for roles including Tree Climbers, EWP Operators, Ground Workers and Qualified Spray Crew Operators.

Qualifications

About the Role

Treescape is expanding its utilities vegetation management crews in Rockhampton and is seeking motivated and safety-focused personnel to support planned vegetation management works within overhead electricity distribution networks.

The Work

As part of a utilities vegetation management crew, you will be responsible for:

• Pruning and removing vegetation to maintain required powerline clearances
• Working safely within regulated utility and roadside corridors
• Following all Safe Systems of Work, risk controls and site-specific requirements
• Operating and maintaining supplied tools, plant and equipment safely and correctly
• Delivering vegetation management outcomes in accordance with utility specifications and work programs
• Supporting crew members to complete daily work objectives safely and efficiently

Utilities Requirements

• Relevant vegetation management, arboriculture, spray application, EWP or utility corridor experience is highly regarded
• Qualifications and licences applicable to your chosen role will be highly regarded
• MR Driver Licence and reliable transport required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and undertake physically demanding work
• Willingness to complete network inductions and utility access requirements (if not already held)
• Pre-employment medical, including Drug & Alcohol testing, is mandatory
• Compliance and safety are non-negotiable—we will support required training where appropriate
