Qualifications

• 10+ years in treasury or fund operations within asset management.
• Experience designing liquidity frameworks for distributions, fees & hedging cash flows.
• Exposure to private equity, private credit, real estate or infrastructure is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Design capital and funding structure to lower cost of capital and drive growth.
• Build and lead treasury; main contact for banks, rating agencies, financiers.
• Manage cash and liquidity across fund life cycles.
• Set up SPV and unit trust structures with regulatory and governance compliance.
• Forecast treasury aligned with financial plans and regulatory reporting.
• Manage short-term investments per risk, liquidity and policy.
