Job summary

Housing Choices Australia is seeking an experienced Director of Treasury to lead our treasury function on a permanent, full-time basis in Melbourne. You will oversee liquidity, debt funding, treasury operations, compliance and reporting, while guiding a hands-on team and partnering across Finance and Group functions.

You will strengthen treasury policies and controls, manage lender relationships, and support funding for development projects.

Qualifications

15+ years in treasury or related field.
Experience managing liquidity across a multi-entity organisation.
Commercial and technical understanding of debt funding and risk management.
Strong treasury reporting, compliance and banking relationship management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing Treasury Team.
Ensure liquidity across funding structures to support operations and development projects.
Manage existing debt facilities, covenant compliance and reporting.
Oversee month-end treasury accounting and risk monitoring.
Advise on treasury for HCA and SPV-related matters.
Collaborate with Homes Development and Transactions to align funding with projects.
