Job summary

Housing Australia seeks a skilled Systems Administrator to own the administration, configuration and ongoing operation of treasury, finance, and core banking systems. You will monitor performance, manage incidents and vendors, and ensure secure, reliable interfaces across treasury and banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience administering treasury, finance, banking or enterprise systems within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of treasury operations, payments and financial reporting processes and system controls.
• Experience managing incidents, problem resolution, vendor relationships and operational service delivery.
• Proven capability in systems integration, data analysis, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of access management, security administration, segregation of duties and governance controls.
• Experience leading system enhancements, testing, releases and change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• A continuous improvement mindset with experience driving automation, process optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Experience with treasury management systems, banking platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, FIS Quantum or similar financial systems will be highly regarded.
• Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer treasury, finance, banking or core enterprise systems and maintain documentation.
• Oversee system monitoring, data integrity and incident reporting across platforms.
• Own incidents, problems and vendor management including root cause analysis.
• Ensure performance and reliability of key interfaces and develop critical reporting.
• Manage access controls, security administration and segregation of duties.
• Plan, test and deploy system changes with governance and DR readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation and cross-team collaboration.
