  • Ensure HCA Group maintains sufficient liquidity across all funding structures to support its operations, including property development projects.
  • Manage HCA Group’s existing debt facilities, including covenant compliance, contractual undertakings and reporting.
  • Oversee Treasury accounting at month end.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage counter-party and market risk.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business on treasury management for all HCA and SPV-related matters.
  • Collaborate with the Homes Development and Transactions teams to understand funding requirements and align treasury operations with project timelines.

  • Experienced people leader.
  • At least 15 years in treasury, structured finance or a related role.
  • Experience managing liquidity and cash across a complex, multi-entity organisation
  • Commercial and technical understanding of debt funding (corporate), project financing and interest rate risk management.
  • Financial risk management, treasury reporting and compliance.
  • Demonstrated relationship management of banks, financial institutions and other external organisations.
