Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or service-based industry.
• Hands-on equipment installation experience in packaging or similar machinery.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation or commissioning of Sealed Air equipment at customer sites.
• Perform regular servicing, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide customer training on equipment usage and maintenance.
• Handle audits, proposals and documentation with Sales teams.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and service tool kits.
• Maintain accurate service records and generate customer service reports.
