The NSW Department of Education is seeking a Cleaning Services Inspector to support an enhanced Whole‑of‑Government cleaning contract across Northwest NSW. Based in Tamworth, you will travel to government sites, inspect and monitor cleaning services, and work with contractors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

You will conduct site inspections, prepare reports, maintain inspection schedules, support WHS obligations, and mentor junior staff.

Formación

• Experience conducting site inspections or audits.
• Understanding of contract performance standards and WHS.
• Ability to communicate with contractors and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Identify and resolve non-conformities with contractors.
• Prepare inspection findings, reports and documentation.
• Maintain inspection schedules across multiple sites.
• Support WHS obligations and compliance requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
