Job summary

Calvary Care is seeking a Support Worker for the Inner West to visit and support clients in their homes and in the community. This permanent part-time role offers flexible hours and travel across the Inner West.

You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, transport and social support, while promoting meaningful routines for each client. Training, development pathways and career opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support or working towards.
• Current and valid Driver’s Licence, insured, reliable vehicle.
• Good verbal and written communication with a customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Proficiency with smartphones, email and internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities at home.
• Support personal care, respite, social support and transport.
• Promote client choice and meaningful routines.
