Flight Centre Travel Group in New South Wales is seeking Sales Travel Consultants across Australia who are keen to dazzle, discover and delight our customers. You will plan itineraries, book travel and convert inquiries into bookings in person, over the phone and via email, building a base of loyal clients.

The role offers a base wage plus an uncapped incentive structure with sales targets, opportunities to access travel discounts, familiarisation trips, and career growth across a global network.

Qualifications

• Seasoned traveller with experience of international destinations and travel planning.
• Excellent organisation and calendar management.
• Strong determination to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Enthusiasm, warmth and aptitude for building rapport with customers.
• Comfort with using multiple computer systems to find the best flight and package options.

Responsabilités

• Plan itineraries and book travel for customers.
• Convert enquiries into bookings in person, by phone and by email.
• Sell across holidays including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance and more.
• Build and grow a customer base from domestic and international bookings.
• Assist customers with travel questions and provide destination guidance.
• Support a high-energy sales environment with proactive customer service.
