HealthX is seeking experienced Medical/Surgical Ward/Theatre Registered Nurses to travel across New South Wales on short-term contracts. Positions offer up to $68.49/hour + super and penalties, with a $1,600 completion bonus, and travel, accommodation and daily living allowances.

Competenze

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
Minimum one year of recent medical, surgical or theatre nursing experience.
Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to manage acute medical conditions and surgical needs.
Experience in post-operative care, wound management, medication administration and recognising clinical deterioration.

Mansioni

Deliver medical and surgical nursing care across NSW hospitals.
Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and track progress.
Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care including wound care.
Administer medications safely per guidelines and hospital policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient flow and handovers.
