Abt Global is seeking Travel Professionals at multiple levels to support the Australia Pacific Leaders Program (APLP). The role involves delivering domestic and international travel for government-related visits and delegations, coordinating with a TMC, and ensuring high-quality service while maintaining strict budgets and records.

The positions offer remote or hybrid work across Australia, with preferred locations Canberra or Brisbane.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering domestic and international travel in a TMC, corporate or government environment.
• Sound knowledge of airline fares, booking classes and fare rules.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience leading travel function, managing budgets and engaging senior stakeholders (for more senior opportunities).

Aufgaben

• Coordinate domestic and international travel through the TMC and online booking tools.
• Manage complex itineraries, changes and time-sensitive travel requirements.
• Work with hotels, airlines and suppliers to confirm and track requirements.
• Support delegations, study tours and high-level visits.
• Maintain travel and financial records and assist with purchasing and expenditure reconciliation.
• Support broader program operations including insurance, procurement and finance.
