Allianz Partners Brisbane is seeking a proactive Claims Coordinator to support our travel insurance operations. You will register and process claims, review documentation, and guide customers through the claims journey with empathy and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administration, contact centre, claims support, or similar environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence learning new systems and platforms.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound customer calls and email enquiries.
• Guide customers through the travel insurance claims process.
• Provide accurate information regarding claims requirements and documentation.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and customer-focused service.
• Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Register and process new claims accurately and efficiently.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed claim records within internal systems.
• Follow up outstanding information with customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure service standards and turnaround times are achieved.
• Contribute to process improvement and customer experience initiatives.
