Job summary

Kennedy Reid Pty is supporting a client in the travel insurance space to recruit a claims professional for an end-to-end portfolio management role within their in-house claims team in Sydney.

You will manage and process travel claims from start to finish, handle customer inquiries, and contribute to complaints resolution while maintaining high service standards. The role offers hybrid work flexibility with in-office three days per week and a competitive salary.
