The Department for Child Protection (DCP) in Adelaide seeks multiple full-time Therapeutic Care Lead roles. You will provide leadership and workforce development support to Residential Care staff across southern and northern regions, upholding therapeutic frameworks through training, guidance, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience leading therapeutic care initiatives within a human services or child protection setting.
• Ability to train staff and develop crisis/intervention responses.
• Experience managing risk within therapeutic frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee application and evaluation of therapeutic models of care.
• Facilitate staff development plans for crisis and intervention responses.
• Manage risks associated with therapeutic frameworks across Residential Care.
• Strengthen partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to inform culturally appropriate practices.
• Enhance programming, youth engagement and community participation in Residential Care.
