Job summary

Qualifications

  • Relevant qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Current registration or membership with a professional body such as AASW, PACFA or ACA.
  • Experience supporting individuals affected by gender-based violence or other harmful behaviours using a trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide trauma-informed support, safety planning and referral coordination for students who have experienced harm, particularly gender-based violence.
  • Deliver engaging education and training programs that promote respectful relationships and campus safety.
  • Contribute to prevention initiatives, service responses and reporting processes informed by emerging trends and evidence-based practice.
