• Delivery of student wellbeing services using trauma-informed approaches.
• Frontline wellbeing support across in-person, phone and virtual interactions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and advise on UC policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, support and advice to students and staff to enhance student engagement, wellbeing and success.
• Deliver frontline student wellbeing support using trauma-informed, strengths-based and student-centred approaches across in-person, phone and virtual interactions.
• Develop and maintain understanding of sector initiatives and programs that support student wellbeing, with focus on vulnerable students.
