Mpower is growing its Out of Home Care team and seeks compassionate Residential Support Workers to help children and young people in our Residential Care homes feel safe, valued and empowered.

You will provide safe, stable, trauma-informed care, build meaningful relationships, support development of life skills and participate in ongoing training. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with a supportive team culture and career progression.
