Job summary

Inner Space Psychological Services in Campbelltown, NSW, invites psychologists, counsellors and MH social workers to join a small, supportive practice. We offer a steady flow of referrals, flexible 3–5 day schedules, and full admin support to focus on clinical work.

Candidates should be registered professionals with trauma-focused experience or interest, and be comfortable working onsite with some telework options.

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist or qualified mental health professional per AHPRA/AASW/PACFA/ACA.
• Experience with trauma or trauma-informed care.
• Ability to work independently with caseload management.
• Willingness to collaborate with a small, experienced team.
• On-site work at Leumeah/Campbelltown area with some flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy with adults; potential work with young people.
• Conduct assessments, including neurodivergence if skilled.
• 3–5 days per week as a subcontractor with flexible scheduling.
• Primarily onsite with some negotiable work-from-home hours.
• Full admin support and collaborative clinical environment.
