Job summary

Linfox is seeking a Transport Supervisor to support Retail operations across North Maclean and Lytton. You will lead day-to-day transport tasks, support drivers and subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient service delivery across sites.

You will develop teams, drive performance, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while promoting a positive safety culture. The role includes 12 weeks parental leave, career development, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transport, logistics or operational teams in a dynamic environment (on-site preferred).
• Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements is highly regarded.
• Experience coaching frontline teams to improve safety and performance.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day transport operations across Retail sites.
• Support allocators, drivers and subcontractors to achieve safe, efficient service outcomes.
• Drive compliance with safety, fatigue, load restraint and CoR requirements.
• Build strong relationships with customers and operational stakeholders.
• Coach and develop operational team members while promoting a positive safety culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve service performance, utilization and efficiency.
