Job summary

Coregas is seeking a hands-on Operations team member for our Yennora site to schedule trucks for local and interstate deliveries of Dangerous Goods, ensuring timely, safe and compliant services.

You will undertake best‑practice vehicle scheduling, enforce procedures and laws, perform pre‑trip checks, liaise with customers, pre‑plan loads, scan cylinders and operate forklifts as part of a hands-on role in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Current Forklift Licence is preferable.
• HR Truck Licence is preferable.
• Experience in handling, storage and transportation.
• Commitment to safety, accountability, ethics and respect.
• Willingness to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake best practice vehicle scheduling activities for our Sydney operations fleet.
• Enforce compliance with company procedures as well as laws, regulations and industry standards in the area.
• Complete pre-trip checks and vehicle condition reports and identify vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with internal & external customers.
• Complete pre-planning loads & truck reconciliations.
• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of cylinder barcodes.
• Responsible for scanning cylinders, packs and pallets using handheld scanners.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys, and other materials handling equipment.
• General manual handling will be required.
• Working Monday to Friday, starting at 8AM until 4:30PM
• Permanent full time role, with a potential of 5-10 hours per week of overtime
